      <description>&lt;p&gt;I bought a chew tool. It&amp;rsquo;s a small piece of silicone I can bite down on, and it&amp;rsquo;s in my mouth a lot now.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;Before I had it, I tried not to chew on my fingers. That meant not stimming when I needed to. I&amp;rsquo;d catch myself doing it and stop, and then I&amp;rsquo;d just sit there with the need still running under my skin.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;Now I chew freely. It&amp;rsquo;s better.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
